Windsong Boat Rentals based in Gulf Harbors, New Port Richey next to Ramada Inn, Bayside. We are north of Tarpon Springs in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. We are a short drive from Tampa, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach and St. Petersburg and about two hours drive from Disney and Universal Studios in Orlando.

ALL pontoon rental boats have GPS, stereo with MP3 inputs (except standard models), and most pontoon boats have PORTA POTTY privacy enclosures.  All boats 18-22 feet have 4 stroke engines. Several boats are PET FRIENDLY (no cleaning fee).

Why rent a kayak or canoe from Windsong Boat Rentals?

Explore a multitude of residential channels with beautiful homes, or paddle your kayak into a protected bay on the Gulf surrounded by mangroves and wildlife. Visit Green Key Beach a short paddle away or Durney Key and appreciate the historic fish houses in the Gulf.

If you want to kayak Weeki Wachee River or Crystal River, you can pick up our rental kayaks and return them to us.

We have single seat kayaks, double seat tandem kayaks and 3 seat canoes for rent.

SAILING CHARTERS

Choice of sailboats from 30 feet to 34 feet. Rates are for up to 6 people. Includes captain, taxes and fuel. Does NOT include gratuity for captain.

FISHING CHARTERS

Let Capt. Dave show you some of the best back bay and near shore fishing in Florida. Catch Tarpon, Snook, Redfish, Mackerel, Trout and so much more in the waters of Anclote Key State Preserve, north of Tampa and Clearwater Beach.

Whether you are an avid fisherman or a family with kids, Capt. Dave has a fishing charter experience for all.

Rates are based on 1-2 anglers. Add $50 each additional angler. Four people MAXIMUM. Departure times flexible.

4 hours - $295 (departs at 9AM or 1.30PM)

6 Hours - $395 (departs at 10AM)

8 Hours - $495 (departs at 9AM)

DESTINATIONS

Pontoon Boat Rentals

If you're renting a pontoon boat, our most popular destination is North Anclote Sandbar - this tiny island is surrounded by shallow water with a white sandy bottom. Great for swimming, snorkeling, tanning and shelling. The island is about 45 minute pontoon boat ride from our marina.

Heading South is Anclote Island, just five minutes from the sandbar and boasts a 5 mile long beach with white sugary sand, pine and palm trees. The Southern end of the island has a lighthouse. A few miles South of Anclote is Three Rooker, a horseshoe shaped island with great beaches. Click any picture for a large version.

Kayak Rentals

You can paddle your kayak through the beautiful waterfront homes of Gulf Harbors and into the wildlife area known as Green Key Bay, where you can wander through the mangroves and observe many species of birds, fish and occasionally a dolphin or manatee. Rest up at Green Key Beach, which has pavilions and restrooms. A longer paddle will take you out to Durney Key island and the historical fish houses just outside the Cotee River channel. And... THERE ARE NO ALLIGATORS!!! This is a salt water channel!
